State Tournament Performance for 5A Schools (2015-25)

Which 5A teams have been the most consistent?

We’re starting something a little bit different today. Instead of “Class of” rankings and such, we’re going to look at recent state tournament team performance. Looking at that information, we’ll be able to see which programs have been the most consistent during the timeframe allotted. You can also decipher trends, who is rising and who may be trending down.

We started with schools that are currently 6A and have moved down the list to 5A.

The study goes back to 2015, so there have been plenty of classification changes during that time period. A school like Cox, that was 6A but is now 5A, will be mentioned with 5A schools. Someone like Mountain View, that was 5A but is now 6A, will be featured today.

Please note, I’ve only included top-ten finishes during this time period (2015-25).
