After day one of Benedictine’s College Coach Camp, head coach David Yost speaks to VaWrestle about the importance of these camps. Turning to his team, Yost discusses what Lane Foard’s National Prep title means for the program and some Cadets to watch in 2025-26. He also gives some information about some key home dates for the upcoming season. Finally, Yost tells us what sets Benedictine apart from other teams.
